Responsibilities For Product Manager, Android Studio

  • Understand new markets, competition, and developer tool requirements for various Android form factors verticals (Wear OS, Android Auto, Android TV, Tablets/Foldables)
  • Partner with the Android platform teams of each vertical
  • Evaluate and improve the app development flows for each of Android form factors
  • Evaluate the gaps and opportunities to make changes to testing and testing tools for Android app developers
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, legal UX, and other teams to deliver the improvements to app developers

Requirements For Product Manager, Android Studio

Java
Kotlin
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role
  • 3 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies in Cloud, SaaS, enterprise, internal tools, or supply chain networks
  • Experience in Virtual Machine or Emulator (preferred)
  • Experience using Software Development Kits (preferred)
  • Experience in Mobile app development (preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in software development (preferred)
  • Passion for application development
