Responsibilities For Product Manager, Compute Engine Security

  • Coordinate with leading security strategists in Cloud Security and Cloud Chief Information Security Officer to represent Cloud Compute at the Google Cloud Platform level
  • Develop relationships with regulated industries, and be the trusted subject-matter expert on these customers and the market
  • Develop business cases and success metrics for programs in collaboration with security partners and cross-functional teams

Requirements For Product Manager, Compute Engine Security

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role
  • 2 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within security, privacy, or related area
  • Experience in or serving a regulated industry (e.g., Financial Services, US Public Sector, healthcare)
  • Master's degree in technology or business related field (preferred)
  • Experience with Cloud Computing (preferred)
  • Experience with Identity Access Management controls (preferred)
  • Knowledge of cyber-security credentials (e.g., CISSP, OSCP) (preferred)
