Description For Product Manager, Data Infrastructure, Analytics and Insights

Google is seeking a Product Manager to join their Data Analytics and Insights team, focusing on building and managing storage, processing, query, and visualization infrastructure that powers business decisions throughout the company. This role is crucial in transforming how Google leverages data for analysis, machine learning, and AI applications.

The position requires a strategic mind who can bridge technical and business worlds, working with engineering leadership to develop innovative storage solutions that drive significant impact. You'll be responsible for building and executing strategy for Core Data Storage products, while understanding the complex landscape of scalable storage products and their ecosystem of processing and querying systems.

As a Product Manager in this role, you'll work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to guide products from conception to launch. The role involves overseeing how storage infrastructure is used to deliver data insights and ML-ready data assets across Google, helping product teams optimize their time on insights and model building rather than infrastructure management.

The ideal candidate brings 5 years of product management experience, with specific expertise in data infrastructure and database systems. You should have a proven track record of taking technical products from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams. Experience with life-cycle data roll-outs at scale and technical leadership will be valuable assets.

This is an exceptional opportunity to shape how one of the world's leading technology companies uses data for analysis, machine learning, and AI. You'll be working with cutting-edge technology and brilliant minds while enjoying competitive compensation including base salary, bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Join Google's mission to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful.
