Description For Product Manager II, Payments

Google is seeking a Product Manager II for their Payments team. This role involves guiding products from conception to launch by connecting technical and business worlds. The Payments team creates Google's billing and payment architecture, user interface, merchant applications, and consumer applications for everything related to accepting and providing payments. They're building payment experiences for users worldwide, focusing on making payments simple, seamless, and secure. This includes technologies like Autofill for online payments, tap and pay in stores, and the Google Pay app. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams. Key responsibilities include understanding markets and user requirements, launching new products and features, and developing solutions through collaboration across regions and product areas. The ideal candidate should have experience in product management, technical product development, and working in cross-functional environments. Knowledge of the Fintech industry is preferred.
