Description For Product Manager, One Producer Stack, EasySaaS

Google Cloud is seeking a Product Manager for their Foundation Services Team in Application Ecosystem to work on the One Producer Stack initiative. This role is crucial for GCP's success, focusing on providing a consistent experience for service producers and consumers. The position involves gathering requirements and defining data models for service lifecycle management, including capabilities like Tenancy, Unified Maintenance Policy, Observability, and Billing integration.

As a Product Manager, you'll work in a collaborative environment, guiding products from conception to launch by bridging technical and business aspects. You'll be responsible for breaking down complex problems and working closely with engineers, designers, and marketers to develop innovative solutions that impact millions of users.

The role requires strong technical background with at least 5 years of experience in product management or related technical roles. You'll be working with Google Cloud Platform, which serves customers in over 200 countries, helping organizations accelerate their digital transformation journey.

Key responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, developing product vision, validating market opportunities, and driving product launches. You'll work cross-functionally with various teams, from engineering to sales, ensuring successful implementation of product requirements and achievement of team objectives.

Requirements For Product Manager, One Producer Stack, EasySaaS

Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field (preferred)
  • 8 years of experience in application development, management, and operations on distributed cloud environments (preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership (preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in software development or engineering (preferred)
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders (preferred)
  • Understanding of application, data, networking, and security use-cases, and open interfaces in hybrid and multi-cloud environments (preferred)
