Google Data Centers (GDC) is seeking a Program Manager for Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to join their Technical Infrastructure team. This role is crucial in managing and scaling compliance and safety excellence in data center operations. The position offers a competitive salary range of $99,000-$145,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
The role involves leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects focused on environmental health and safety programs. You'll be responsible for supporting EHS programs including management system implementation, environmental compliance, and health & safety programs. Working within the Data Center EHS team (DCEHS), you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all EHS issues are identified and addressed effectively.
Key responsibilities include designing communication plans, determining program metrics, managing project lifecycles, and building strong stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in program management and Environmental Health and Safety Programs, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
