Google's Machine Learning Supply Chain Operations (MLSCO) Delivery team is seeking a Program Manager I to join their Technical Infrastructure division. This role is crucial in orchestrating and enabling compute, storage, and machine learning builds from order creation through delivery. The position offers a competitive base salary range of $99,000-$145,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

As a Program Manager, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, working with stakeholders across different offices, time zones, and hemispheres. You'll be responsible for managing project schedules, identifying risks, and maintaining clear communication with cross-functional partners. The role requires expertise in supply chain planning, manufacturing, and operations, with a focus on timely execution and exception management.

The Technical Infrastructure team is the backbone of Google's product portfolio, ensuring networks run smoothly and users have the best experience possible. You'll be part of a team that takes pride in being the engineers' engineers, working on everything from data centers to next-generation Google platforms.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of program management experience, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.   • Own on-time delivery performance of order management tasks
  • Oversee and execute tasks to enable order validation, approval of deployment plans, troubleshooting issues, identifying risk areas, and developing mitigation strategies
  • Lead ownership and drive resolution for exception management situations, even when outside of direct scope
  • Drive efforts to improve delivery efficiency, cycle times, reliability, and predictability
  • Enable sub-linear scaling by automating manual tasks while maintaining or improving delivery performance
