Google's Technical Infrastructure team is seeking a Program Manager II to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects in demand and supply planning. This role is crucial in maintaining Google's technical infrastructure, ensuring efficient operation of data centers and platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program management, data analytics, and supply chain operations.

The role involves working with cross-functional teams to manage demand/supply planning, develop and communicate methodologies, and drive critical decisions that impact Google's infrastructure. You'll be responsible for evaluating supply chain capabilities, presenting recommendations to leadership, and ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders.

  • Utilize best practices for evaluating the supply chain's ability to meet customer demand
  • Contribute to demand and supply planning meetings with cross functional teams
  • Present demand/supply recommendations with sound models and logic to leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and drive resolution of supply chain exceptions/escalations

Requirements For Program Manager II, Demand and Supply Planning, Technical Infrastructure

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience with demand/supply planning and data analytics
  • Master's degree or MBA (preferred)
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects (preferred)
  • Experience with tools and elements of project management
  • Experience in data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, forecasting
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels
  • Ability to shift between detailed analysis and big picture thinking
