Google Cloud is at the forefront of digital transformation, offering enterprise-grade solutions that leverage cutting-edge technology. As a Program Manager II in Developer Relations, you'll be joining the Machine Learning Developer Advocacy team, whose mission is to build easy developer journeys across the AI developer product suite. This role serves as a crucial interface between Google and the developer community, managing large-scale programs and working with product and engineering teams to bring cutting-edge AI techniques to developers.

The position involves fostering AI communities across various audiences, including developers, researchers, and learners, with the goal of motivating adoption of ML Developer products like Kaggle and Colaboratory. You'll be responsible for designing and maintaining the Community Spotlight Program, owning the Women in AI program and annual summit, and collaborating across Google's Developer Relations teams to create a cohesive AI developer narrative.

This is a fast-moving and high-impact space where you'll work with products such as Google AI Studio, Gemini API, Gemma open models, Imagen, Veo, Google Colaboratory, Kaggle, and Frameworks. The role requires a blend of technical understanding, program management expertise, and community building skills. You'll be part of Google's commitment to building products that create opportunities for everyone, working in an environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The position offers competitive compensation including a base salary range of $117,000-$172,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Requirements For Program Manager II, Developer Relations, Cloud

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience in developer relations
  • 5 years of experience in program management, startups, sales, customer engineering or consulting (preferred)
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects (preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in community management, social media strategy or go-to-market (preferred)
  • Ability to engage with diverse disciplines across organizational levels
