  • Lead cross-functional Engineering teams to get products defined, designed, built, and validated on time
  • Define, drive, and manage the hardware development plans and schedules with multiple engineering and operations teams
  • Work with manufacturing partners and vendors in manufacturing environments on product development schedules
  • Manage schedule, cost, performance, and develop, maintain, and communicate key focus points
  • Synthesize data into a story and communicate to stakeholders and organizations at all levels

Requirements For Program Manager II, Hardware Manufacturing, Pixel

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience in hardware manufacturing
  • Knowledge of product life cycles, tools, processes, and operations planning
  • Ability to drive multiple tasks at once and stay organized
  • Ability to lead technical teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors against plans
