Program Manager II, Industrial Design, Platforms and Devices

Google's Devices & Services team is seeking a Design Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects in Industrial Design. This role combines the best of Google AI, Software, and Hardware to create radically helpful experiences for users. As a Program Manager, you'll coordinate with Industrial Designers, CMF Designers, UX Designers, Researchers, and Engineers to shepherd projects through the design process.

The role requires strong project management skills to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate effectively across teams. You'll work in a diverse and inclusive environment, managing projects that often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. Your responsibilities include coordinating with executives, defining milestones, assigning resources, and ensuring projects meet deadlines.

The position offers competitive compensation including a base salary range of $117,000-$172,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Key qualifications include 2 years of program management experience, particularly in industrial design or creative projects.
