Responsibilities For Program Manager III, Document Management Systems, Cloud Networking

  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing operation of an Electronic Documentation Management System (EDMS) for the Global Submarine Networks organization
  • Develop an EDMS roadmap to drive optimization and innovation, including a controlled and compliant change management process
  • Define objectives, scope, timeline, resources and success criteria for EDMS-related projects
  • Oversee EDMS implementation in close coordination with the vendor
  • Provide project management, including planning, reporting, budgeting, issue resolution, testing and acceptance

Requirements For Program Manager III, Document Management Systems, Cloud Networking

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience with electronic document management systems development, implementation, and troubleshooting
  • Experience working with government repositories (preferred)
  • Experience working in AODocs (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and cloud architectures (preferred)
  • Familiarity with security protocols (preferred)
