Program Manager III, Supply Chain Business Operations, Data Center Equipment

Google is seeking a Program Manager III to join their Supply Chain Business Operations team, focusing on Data Center Equipment. This role is crucial in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects that span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient positioning of spares in Google's global Data Centers.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational expertise, requiring the successful candidate to identify process gaps, build sustainable tools and processes, and derive insights from data. Working closely with Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Global Commodity Management, Procurement Operations, and various partners, you'll be responsible for scaling spares positioning globally.

As part of the Technical Infrastructure team, you'll contribute to the architecture that powers Google's product portfolio. The team takes pride in being the engineers' engineers, maintaining data centers, and ensuring networks run optimally for the best user experience.

The position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $147,000-$216,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The role requires 5 years of experience in program or project management, with a strong background in end-to-end supply chain operations and business operations.

Key responsibilities include implementing new processes around supply planning and risk mitigation, developing tools and dashboards, managing project schedules, and driving alignment across the Equipment Supply Chain organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in ambiguous environments, and experience managing cross-functional projects.
