Google's Cloud Strategic Supply Services Organization is seeking a Program Manager III to focus on transforming indirect supplier agreement value for Machine Learning (ML) deliverables. This role involves collaborating with Cloud Supply Chain Organization Leadership and data center operations teams to enhance customer experience through supplier innovations. The position requires expertise in program management, strategic sourcing, and procurement processes.

The Technical Infrastructure team at Google is responsible for building and maintaining the architecture that powers Google's product portfolio. This includes developing and maintaining data centers and building next-generation Google platforms. The team ensures networks run efficiently to provide users with the best and fastest experience possible.

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders across offices, time zones, and hemispheres. Responsibilities For Program Manager III, Supply Chain Category Management, Google Cloud

  • Design and deliver enhanced program communication plans including executive and key partner communications
  • Determine and collect data required to govern programs and drive stakeholder decision-making
  • Anticipate change management requirements that are required by program stakeholders
  • Use supplier agreements knowledge to execute sourcing, agreement negotiations (initial/renewal), and spend management resulting in increased agreement adherence and enhanced supplier insights

Requirements For Program Manager III, Supply Chain Category Management, Google Cloud

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience in Indirect Category Management or Strategic Sourcing, including the procurement contracting process
