Google's Cloud Supply Chain and Operations (CSCO) PMO team is seeking a Program Manager III for Supply Chain Optimization to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. This role is crucial in enabling CSCO and Technical Infrastructure (TI) partners to accomplish their goals through leadership and program execution excellence.

The position involves leading cross-organizational programs that bring together software, process, and operations teams to deploy new solutions and scale operations supporting Google's growth. You'll be responsible for partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across CSCO on strategic priorities, driving program execution, UAT validations, and change management activities.

As part of the Technical Infrastructure team, you'll be working behind the scenes to maintain and develop the architecture that keeps Google's product portfolio running. The team takes pride in being the engineers' engineers, focusing on keeping networks operational and ensuring users have the best and fastest experience possible.

The role offers competitive compensation including a base salary range of $139,000-$207,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced program managers who excel in cross-functional leadership and have a strong background in supply chain optimization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in program or project management, with demonstrated expertise in supply chain optimization, process improvement, and tool development. They should be skilled in managing complex projects across multiple offices and time zones, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
