Google's Cloud Supply Chain and Operations (CSCO) PMO team is seeking a Program Manager III for Supply Chain Optimization to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. This role is crucial in enabling CSCO and Technical Infrastructure (TI) partners to accomplish their goals through leadership and program execution excellence.
The position involves leading cross-organizational programs that bring together software, process, and operations teams to deploy new solutions and scale operations supporting Google's growth. You'll be responsible for partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across CSCO on strategic priorities, driving program execution, UAT validations, and change management activities.
As part of the Technical Infrastructure team, you'll be working behind the scenes to maintain and develop the architecture that keeps Google's product portfolio running. The team takes pride in being the engineers' engineers, focusing on keeping networks operational and ensuring users have the best and fastest experience possible.
The role offers competitive compensation including a base salary range of $139,000-$207,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in program or project management, with demonstrated expertise in supply chain optimization, process improvement, and tool development. Responsibilities For Program Manager III, Supply Chain Optimization, Technical Infrastructure
- Provide program management leadership across cross-functional teams through the project life-cycle
- Collaborate with program teams to establish clear program governance, timelines, roles and responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for supply chain operational improvements
- Lead change management and user acceptance testing tracks
- Develop communications to share program status, track goals, and drive informed decisions
Requirements For Program Manager III, Supply Chain Optimization, Technical Infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program or project management
- Experience in supply chain optimization (process improvement, tool development, operations research, or cost reduction)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Experience in Program Management, Supply Chain Management, UAT Execution, Change Management
- Experience delivering process definition and infrastructure in an agile environment
- Experience engaging with subject matter experts and functional leads
