The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of program management experience, with a strong foundation in technical education. They will be responsible for developing and executing build planning strategies, working closely with Machines Delivery, Supply Planning, and Material Planning teams. The role requires expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain Operations and experience with hardware product supply chain delivery throughout the entire lifecycle.

Responsibilities For Program Manager, Product Fulfillment

  • Partner with the Machines Delivery, Supply Planning and Material Planning teams to develop and execute build planning strategies
  • Develop processes to enable constraint planning processes and mitigation across multiple Contract Manufacturers
  • Manage complex projects from inception through to completion
  • Drive process development, iterative optimizations and tool development
  • Ensure smooth product transitions and be the primary build plan and production volume liaison

Requirements For Program Manager, Product Fulfillment

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in program management
  • Experience in end-to-end Supply Chain Operations
  • Experience in hardware product supply chain delivery through the entire life-cycle
  • Master's degree or MBA in Engineering with emphasis in Supply Chain Management (preferred)
  • Experience using spreadsheet software, SQL and in scripting (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple levels (preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for automation and process improvements (preferred)
