Responsibilities For Regional Operations Manager, Trust & Safety, Compute

  • Lead the management and resolution of Google Play policy related issues encountered by critical developers within the region
  • Drive Trust & Safety and Google Play-wide policy launches and Trust and Safety initiatives in the region
  • Manage sensitive escalations, and drive operational improvement
  • Drive highly cross-functional projects collaborating with the global team
  • Work with sensitive content or situations and manage high priority escalations

Requirements For Regional Operations Manager, Trust & Safety, Compute

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7 years of experience in operations, Trust & Safety, policy, developer relations, account management, or related fields
  • Experience running a scaled program serving thousands of developers/customers
  • Experience in crafting compelling narratives
  • Experience in data analysis, problem solving, scaled operations
  • Knowledge of content moderation, DevOps, policy enforcement
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
