Regional Operations Manager, Trust and Safety Compute (Vietnamese, English)

Google's Trust & Safety team is at the forefront of protecting users across all Google products. This role focuses on managing Trust and Safety operations for the APAC region, specifically for Google Play and Android platforms. As a Regional Operations Manager, you'll lead policy-related issue resolutions, manage escalations, and work on process improvements to ensure a safe app experience. The position requires strong leadership in cross-functional collaboration with teams including Play Partnerships, Policy, Operations, Engineering, Product, Government Affairs, and Legal teams.

The role combines technical oversight with policy implementation, requiring both operational excellence and strategic thinking. You'll be responsible for representing the APAC region in global discussions, gathering stakeholder feedback, and implementing strategies to improve Google Play's safety and policy enforcement. The position offers an opportunity to directly impact user safety and platform integrity while working with diverse teams across Google's global operations.

This is an ideal role for someone with experience in Trust and Safety or content moderation, who can bridge technical understanding with policy implementation.
