The role offers competitive compensation ($147,000-$216,000) plus bonus, equity, and benefits, with locations in Reston, VA or Washington D.C. Responsibilities For Regional Sales Operations Manager, Customer Engineering, Public Sector

  • Work with the Regional Sales Operations Manager and GTM Customer Engineering leadership team to drive, influence and achieve alignment on business goals
  • Execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing recommendations
  • Prepare forecasting call materials, reporting, and insights for the leadership team to accelerate business growth
  • Collaborate with the global organization to support strategic initiatives on both an on-going and Ad hoc basis
  • Contribute to the annual and quarterly planning processes, which includes the development of the business plan, operating model, resource allocation, prioritization and compensation design

Requirements For Regional Sales Operations Manager, Customer Engineering, Public Sector

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of experience working in Sales Strategy and Operations in partnership with Field Sales
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or emerging technologies
  • Experience with Go-To-Market (GTM), cross-functional teams, and leading operational initiatives
  • Must be a US Citizen to meet customer and compliance requirements
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science (preferred)
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the Public Sector (preferred)
