Description For Regional Security Architect - Google Threat Intelligence, Public Sector

Google Public Sector is seeking a Regional Security Architect to join their Threat Intelligence team. This role is crucial for national security, helping to mitigate cyber attack risks on important government agencies. The position involves working with Google Threat Intelligence offerings, formerly Mandiant Advantage Threat Intelligence and Virus Total. The ideal candidate will have strong cybersecurity experience, including knowledge of threat actor tactics, malware analysis, and vulnerability analysis. They will work closely with Security Sales and Google Cloud teams to identify opportunities, resolve technical challenges, and deliver solutions to customers.   • Work with Security Sales and Google Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities
  • Work with all Google Cloud Security products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits
  • Support Google Cloud Security opportunities and relationships
  • Prepare and deliver product messaging
  • Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events, as needed

Requirements For Regional Security Architect - Google Threat Intelligence, Public Sector

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of experience in cybersecurity matters
  • Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • English proficiency
