Google is seeking a Regulatory Program Manager II to join their Trust & Safety team, which is dedicated to making the internet safer. This role involves leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects across offices and time zones, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, and identify risks. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional partners.
The role is part of Google's Trust & Safety team, which comprises abuse fighting and user trust experts working to protect users, advertisers, and publishers across all Google products. The team includes Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers who work together to combat issues such as malware, spam, and account hijacking in over 40 languages globally.
As a Program Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining project roadmaps, managing stakeholder expectations, conducting risk assessments, and establishing processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, experience in cross-functional project management, and a strong interest in technology regulations.

Responsibilities For Regulatory Program Manager II
- Manage an overview of project goals and deliverables presented on a timeline and use the roadmap to manage stakeholder expectations, and to communicate plans and coordinate resources
- Collaborate with team members or stakeholders to understand or identify work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact
- Complete risk identification and risk assessment activities and mitigation plans in addition to monitoring foreseeable risk
- Establish and track processes in collaboration with stakeholders, hold stakeholders/teams accountable for following the established processes
Requirements For Regulatory Program Manager II
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in program or project management
- 3 years of experience in project management, including planning, execution, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder management
