Description For Sales Enablement Manager

Google Public Sector is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to drive field enablement and productivity initiatives. This role is crucial in supporting the go-to-market organization and enhancing sellers' effectiveness through strategic programs and learning opportunities. The position involves collaborating with Commercial Sales Enablement to develop and execute strategies tailored to GPS customers' unique needs.

The role focuses on enabling GPS sellers and customer engineers in various aspects, from prospecting existing accounts to conducting business reviews and having industry-related value conversations with C-level executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding sales motions across customer segments, managing content creation, working cross-functionally with various teams, and executing training programs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales enablement and program management, with preferred experience in cloud technologies and enterprise business customers. Responsibilities For Sales Enablement Manager

  • Understand existing sales motions in various customer segments
  • Manage content creation and delivery for new initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial Sales Enablement, GPS Sales Leadership, and other teams
  • Execute against a recurring training calendar and organize training events
  • Facilitate meetings and enablement sessions while exceeding customer satisfaction targets

Requirements For Sales Enablement Manager

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in sales or customer enablement, or related learning role
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • Experience launching programs including in person or virtual events
  • Experience organizing training programs or creating training content
  • 2 years of field sales experience with cloud technologies (preferred)
  • Experience with cloud technologies and Google Cloud solutions (preferred)
  • Experience talking to C-level executives (preferred)
  • Knowledge of leading enablement techniques and methodologies (preferred)
