The position offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $137,000-$201,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The role can be based in either Sunnyvale, CA or Reston, VA, providing flexibility in location while maintaining direct impact on Google's public sector initiatives.

Key responsibilities include understanding and optimizing sales motions, creating and delivering content for new initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and organizing training events. Responsibilities For Sales Enablement Manager, Google Public Sector

  • Understand existing sales motions in the various customer segments
  • Content creation and delivery for new initiatives with the help of subject matter experts
  • Working cross-functionally with Commercial Sales Enablement, GPS Sales Leadership, Consulting and Services team
  • Execute against a recurring training calendar and organize training events
  • Facilitate meetings and enablement sessions while exceeding customer satisfaction targets

Requirements For Sales Enablement Manager, Google Public Sector

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in sales or customer enablement, or related learning role
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • Experience launching programs including in person or virtual events
  • Experience organizing training programs or creating training content
  • 2 years of field sales experience with cloud technologies (preferred)
  • Experience with cloud messaging and productivity tools (preferred)
  • Experience talking to C-level executives on technology directions (preferred)
  • Knowledge of leading enablement techniques and methodologies (preferred)
