Responsibilities For Sales Enablement Manager, Google Public Sector

  • Understand existing sales motions in various customer segments
  • Manage content creation and delivery for new initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial Sales Enablement, GPS Sales Leadership, and other teams
  • Execute against a recurring training calendar and organize training events
  • Facilitate meetings and enablement sessions while exceeding customer satisfaction targets

Requirements For Sales Enablement Manager, Google Public Sector

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in sales or customer enablement, or related learning role
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • Experience launching programs including in person or virtual events
  • Experience organizing training programs or creating training content
  • 2 years of field sales experience with cloud technologies (preferred)
  • Experience with cloud messaging and productivity tools (preferred)
  • Experience talking to C-level executives on technology directions (preferred)
  • Knowledge of leading enablement techniques and methodologies (preferred)
