  • Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities
  • Share in-depth enterprise infrastructure and cloud modernization expertise
  • Guide customers through assessments of their existing legacy application environments
  • Structure and execute prototyping workshops to prove out proposed architectures
  • Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required

Requirements For Sales Engineer III, Application Modernization, Google Cloud

Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture and development methodologies
  • Experience with architectural design patterns, platform engineering
  • Experience with virtualization deployments, container deployments, application security, or networking
  • Experience with developing scalable architectures using API management, microservice frameworks, and PaaS
  • Experience with one or more programming languages
  • Experience in software development life-cycle
  • Experience prospecting, and building and maintaining customer relationships
