Google's Chrome Product Security team is seeking a Security Engineer III to join their team in Mexico City. This role is integral to maintaining critical operations processes within the Chrome Security team, focusing on vulnerability management, security incident response, and security update release management. The position requires a strong background in security engineering with at least 2 years of experience in security assessments, protocols, and coding.
As a Security Engineer, you'll be responsible for managing Chrome's vulnerability lifecycle, participating in incident response, and supporting security outreach efforts. You'll work closely with the Product Security team to improve vulnerability management and security bug triage processes, while also collaborating with the wider Chrome Security team on security advocacy and post-mortems of critical security issues.
