Senior Construction Manager, Google Data Centers

Google is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead the design, construction, and delivery of data center projects in the Kansas City, MO region of North America. This role is part of the Technical Infrastructure team, which is responsible for developing and maintaining Google's data centers and building the next generation of Google platforms.

The position requires a seasoned professional with 8 years of experience in program or project management, particularly in mission-critical facilities like data centers. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of leadership experience and a strong background in managing cross-functional teams and complex construction projects.

As a Senior Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects in a fast-paced environment, managing a team of Program Managers and Engineers, and ensuring successful execution of both new construction and capital improvement projects. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, risk management, and strategic project delivery.
