Senior CPU Performance Architect

Google is seeking a Senior CPU Performance Architect to join their hardware team, focusing on developing custom silicon solutions for Google's direct-to-consumer products. The position requires deep expertise in CPU architecture, with responsibilities including performance modeling, architecture specification development, and leading collaboration across RTL, Design Verification, and Physical Design teams. You'll be working with ARM architecture, developing performance models, and driving correlation between models and RTL implementation.

The role offers competitive compensation ($150,000-$223,000) plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
