Responsibilities For Senior Hardware Engineer, Yield Integration, Raxium

  • Assess yield performance throughout the manufacturing process and establish failure paretos
  • Utilize statistical analysis and failure analysis methods to identify root causes of yield loss
  • Drive optimization of process specifications, tools, and binning strategies to maximize yield outputs while optimizing for cost and operations
  • Build correlations between inline monitors and test results to enable excursion detection and screening
  • Monitor and analyze yield data on an ongoing basis to identify trends, anticipate issues, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements For Senior Hardware Engineer, Yield Integration, Raxium

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of experience in yield engineering or process integration
  • Experience with statistical data analysis and yield modeling
  • Experience with failure analysis techniques and tools
