Responsibilities For Senior Manager, Systems Platform and Power
- Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers in the development, engineering and validation of customer features
- Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional leaders to define and align on requirements
- Build partnerships internally and with external vendors to plan out strategic hardware roadmap
- Develop performance, latency and power modeling tools and processes
- Foster a culture of driving what matters for the users by being accountable
Requirements For Senior Manager, Systems Platform and Power
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience across domains such as MCU/SoC architecture, RF connectivities, power systems, sensors, display, acoustic, haptic, system integration or systems engineering
- Experience with designing and delivering multi-disciplinary features, including ones that are user-facing, have both hardware and software integration
- Experience with balancing between Performance, Latency, and Power in MCU, SoC, Memory, RF, or other sub-systems
