Description For Senior Product Manager, Compiler Infrastructure, Core Developer

Google's Core Developer Software Foundations (CDSF) team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead their compiler infrastructure initiatives. This role sits within the Core team, which builds the technical foundation behind Google's flagship products and is responsible for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, and infrastructure.

As the Senior Product Manager for Compiler Infrastructure, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the developer experience for Google's internal teams working with first-party hardware. The role combines technical depth in compiler technologies (particularly LLVM) with strategic product management to drive innovation in Google's development ecosystem.

The position offers an opportunity to impact technical decisions across Google, working with compiler technologies, toolchains, and runtime environments. You'll collaborate with senior Engineering Leads and Product Managers to define and execute long-term strategies that enhance developer productivity and efficiency.

The role comes with competitive compensation ($168,000-$252,000 base salary) plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. You'll be joining a team that values technical excellence, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration, working on products that affect millions of users daily.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced product manager with a strong technical background in compiler infrastructure and developer tools. You'll need to combine technical expertise with product management skills to drive complex initiatives from conception to launch, while balancing stakeholder needs and engineering constraints.

The position offers the chance to work at Google's Seattle office, contributing to critical infrastructure that powers Google's most important products. You'll be part of a team that champions technical innovation and has a direct impact on developer productivity across the company.
