Responsibilities For Senior Product Manager, Google Distributed Cloud, Storage
- Lead Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) by collaborating with partner teams during product design and development
- Identify GDC customer pain points and propose solutions to meet the workload needs
- Work closely with Engineering, bringing technical and customer credibility throughout the entire product life-cycle
- Drive the right external hardware and software partnerships required to launch successful GDC storage products
- Create the right collateral with prescriptive guidance for Google Cloud go-to-market teams
Requirements For Senior Product Manager, Google Distributed Cloud, Storage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
- Experience in Cloud storage and the overall public cloud ecosystem including customer requirements, market trends, competitive positioning
- Experience in hybrid product development, spanning on-premises to the public cloud (preferred)
- Experience across multiple functional areas (preferred)
- Experience in enterprise storage technologies (preferred)
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence training and inference workloads (preferred)
- Master's degree in Business Administration (preferred)
