Responsibilities For Senior Product Manager, One Producer Stack API Management
- Define the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for our Application programming interface (API) experience
- Define key success metrics and leverage analytics to drive business outcomes
- Define customer user journeys across first- and third-party service producers
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand the needs and issues
- Gather product requirements to define the data models for first- and third-party service producers
- Lead prioritized execution by collaborating with engineering and other cross-function partner teams
- Be the customer and subject-matter-expert accountable for the success of the early customer and design partner engagements
Requirements For Senior Product Manager, One Producer Stack API Management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of product management experience
- 8 years of experience in application development, management and operations on distributed cloud environments
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
- Experience in the Developer Operations (DevOps) space
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field (preferred)
- 3 years of experience in software development or engineering (preferred)
- Experience in product life cycle management
- Experience building cloud platforms and distributed systems at enterprise-scale
- Experience working with API management or SaaS development
- Understanding of application, data, networking, and security use-cases
