Senior Software Engineer, Core Machine Learning

Google's Core Machine Learning team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive ML excellence for Google and the world. As part of the Core ML Organization, you'll be responsible for creating a cohesive path for machine learning at Google and developing ML infrastructure and execution around key ML efforts.

In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in software development, data structures, algorithms, and ML/AI to contribute to critical projects that shape how billions of users interact with information. You'll work on cutting-edge technologies that extend well beyond web search, handling information at massive scale.

Your responsibilities will include writing and testing code, participating in design reviews, reviewing code from other developers, contributing to documentation, and troubleshooting complex system issues. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and potentially switch teams as you grow with the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and machine learning, with experience in developing, testing, and launching software products. You should be versatile, display leadership qualities, and be enthusiastic about tackling new problems across the full stack.
