Google is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Machine Learning to join their Technology & Society organization. The role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $161,000 to $239,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. As part of the Technology & Society organization, you'll work on connecting research, people, and ideas across Google and Alphabet to advance technology innovations responsibly and maximize positive societal impact.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of software development experience and 3 years of machine learning expertise. You'll be responsible for writing and testing code, leading design reviews, reviewing other developers' code, contributing to documentation, and resolving complex technical issues. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with preferred qualifications including an advanced degree and technical leadership experience.
