As a Senior Software Engineer for Mobile (iOS) at YouTube, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the iOS application. You will work on critical projects, manage priorities, and contribute to the full software development lifecycle. Your role will involve writing and testing code, reviewing code from other engineers, contributing to documentation, and participating in design reviews.

Key responsibilities include:

• Writing and testing product or system development code
• Reviewing code developed by other engineers
• Contributing to existing documentation and educational content
• Triaging product or system issues and resolving them
• Participating in or leading design reviews

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in iOS development, with experience in Objective-C or Swift. You should have at least 5 years of software development experience and 3 years of experience with iOS application development. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, with a Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related field being preferred.
