Senior Software Engineer, Performance, Google Cloud Performance

Google is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Google Cloud Performance team. This role is critical in developing next-generation technologies that impact billions of users. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software development, data structures/algorithms, and experience with performance, large-scale systems data analysis, and debugging.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions. You'll work on projects crucial to Google's needs, with opportunities to switch teams as the business evolves. The role requires versatility, leadership qualities, and enthusiasm for tackling new problems across the full stack.

The Technical Infrastructure team, which this role is part of, is responsible for building and maintaining the architecture behind Google's product portfolio. This includes developing and maintaining data centers, building next-generation Google platforms, and ensuring networks run smoothly for the best user experience.
