As a Senior Software Engineer in Performance, Platforms Infrastructure Engineering, you will work on a specific project critical to Google's needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward.
With your technical expertise, you will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions. You'll be part of the Technical Infrastructure team, which is responsible for building and maintaining Google's data centers and platforms that make Google's product portfolio possible.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with 5 years of software development experience and 3 years of experience in performance, large scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging. You'll be working on cutting-edge technology, ensuring Google's networks are up and running, providing users with the best and fastest experience possible.
