Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineering Manager, AI Studio

  • Define and execute the technical direction for the AI Studio and Gemini API team. Lead strategic planning, road-mapping, and prioritization of key initiatives
  • Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of software engineers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of robust and scalable AI software systems. Ensure adherence to best practices, code quality, and security standards
  • Partner with product managers, Technical Program Managers (TPMs), researchers, and engineers across Google to deliver successful project outcomes. Build relationships to achieve a shared outlook for AI products and services
  • Guide the team in exploring and adopting new technologies, tools, and methodologies

Requirements For Senior Software Engineering Manager, AI Studio

  • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript)
