  • Deliver strategic impact and own outcomes for the goal, architecture and implementation of the CLS Infrastructure and GenAI
  • Design intuitive systems and features to create more effective learning experience using GenAI
  • Work on ambiguous, open-ended technical challenges related to managing large problems
  • Bring industry trends and technologies, and transform learning through cutting edge technologies
  • Collaborate with both technical and non technical stakeholders

Requirements For Senior Staff Software Engineer, Cloud Learning Services

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms
  • 7 years of experience building and developing infrastructure, distributed systems or networks
  • 5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products
  • 3 years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), and Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Experience with LLMs, FineTuning, Prompt Engineering, and Model Evaluations preferred
  • Experience with LTI and related SSO patterns preferred
  • Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science preferred
