Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in customer-facing role working with stakeholders
  • Experience in cloud operations, technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting
  • Understanding of IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and client management skills
