Key responsibilities include accelerating customer adoption, providing technical guidance, managing timelines and milestones, advocating for customer needs, and developing best practices. You'll also be responsible for planning customer events and launches, working closely with Support, Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, experience in cloud operations, and strong skills in translating business requirements into technological solutions. Experience with public cloud migrations, IT operations, and excellent communication skills are essential.
