Google Cloud is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to play a crucial role in helping customers successfully adopt Google Cloud products. This position combines technical expertise with customer relationship management, requiring 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles. The role involves leading implementation journeys, providing technical guidance, and managing complex cloud transformation projects.

As a TAM, you'll work directly with enterprise customers to develop strategic roadmaps, guide technical implementations, and ensure successful cloud adoption. You'll need to balance technical knowledge with strong communication skills, as you'll be interfacing with various stakeholder groups, including enterprise leadership and cross-functional teams.

The position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $137,000 to $200,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. You'll be working with cutting-edge cloud technology, helping organizations across 200+ countries digitally transform their businesses.

Key responsibilities include accelerating customer adoption, providing technical guidance, managing timelines and milestones, advocating for customer needs, and developing best practices. You'll also be responsible for planning customer events and launches, working closely with Support, Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, experience in cloud operations, and strong skills in translating business requirements into technological solutions. Experience with public cloud migrations, IT operations, and excellent communication skills are essential.
