Description For Senior Technical Program Manager, Chip Design

Google is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join their Consumer Hardware Silicon team, focusing on developing high-performance and low-power hardware solutions. This role combines technical expertise with program management, requiring leadership of complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion. The position involves working with Google's chip design teams to bring-up, debug, and validate System on Chip (SoC) silicon solutions.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical implementation and project management, working closely with architects and logic designers for pre-silicon platform planning and leading post-arrival power-on and silicon validation efforts. This role is crucial in Google's mission to create innovative consumer hardware products that make computing experiences faster, seamless, and more powerful.

As part of Google's commitment to diversity and inclusion, the role offers an opportunity to contribute to building products that create opportunities for everyone globally. The position requires strong technical knowledge in chip design, excellent cross-functional leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both executives and engineering teams.

The role offers the exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of hardware innovation, developing solutions that will power next-generation Google devices. You'll be part of a team that combines the best of Google AI, Software, and Hardware to create radically helpful experiences for users, while working in an inclusive environment that values diversity and fosters belonging.
