Responsibilities For Senior Technical Program Manager, Platforms Systems
- Lead multiple cross-functional teams, spanning all organizational levels and functional areas to develop and deliver programs from inception to production
- Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus
- Ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis
- Develop and prepare project documentation, process maps, presentations, and tracking reports
- Engage with engineering directors, product leaders and other Technical Program Manager groups
Requirements For Senior Technical Program Manager, Platforms Systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management or a related domain
- Experience in hardware based new Product introduction experience
- Experience in leading large programs with teams of different disciplines
- Experience in hardware and software engineering, launching data center products
- Experience in executive level communication and engagement with director level and executives
- Effective project/program management skills
