Google's UX Programs & Operations team is seeking a Senior UX Program Manager for their Trusted Tester program within gTech Users and Products (gUP). This role combines expert project management with UX passion, focusing on improving products used by billions. The position involves coordinating with multi-disciplinary UX teams, including Designers, Researchers, Writers, and Engineers, while managing research operations and vendor relationships.

The role is central to Google's user-focused mission, requiring strong leadership in scaling operational efforts across UX Research organizations. You'll be responsible for driving projects, defining milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met while harmonizing work across various UX disciplines. The position offers a competitive salary range of $151,000-$222,000 plus additional benefits including bonus and equity.

Working in gTech Users and Products (gUP), you'll be part of a mission to advocate for Google's users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem.   • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of experience in program management within design or UX organizations
  • Experience scaling operational efforts across UX Research organizations
  • Experience with User Research, or Research focused tools and methodologies
