Software Engineer, Black Community Inclusion

Google is seeking a Software Engineer to join their team focusing on Black Community Inclusion initiatives. This role is part of Google's commitment to diversity and inclusion, specifically aimed at generating interest from the Black+ community. This is a mid-level position requiring 5 years of software development experience, with a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software architecture. The ideal candidate will have experience in launching and maintaining software products, along with the ability to provide technical leadership. The role particularly welcomes candidates who self-identify as Black (including Preto(a) or Pardo(a) identifications) according to IBGE classifications.
