Google Cloud is seeking a Software Engineer for their Chrome team to work on Autofill technology, a critical component that intersects UX, UXR, and developer relations. The role focuses on developing next-generation technologies that impact billions of users' interactions with Chrome browser across all major platforms. The position requires expertise in C++ programming, with additional work in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, and Objective-C++. Responsibilities For Software Engineer, Chrome

Requirements For Software Engineer, Chrome

  • 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms
  • 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture
  • Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams (preferred)
  • 3 years of experience working in complex, matrixed organization (preferred)
