This role is for a Software Engineer II position in the Kubernetes Control Plane team. You'll be working on cloud technologies, specifically supporting Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and Kubernetes Control Plane (KCP). The ideal candidate should have experience with software development, data structures, and algorithms. Knowledge of Kubernetes or cloud products is preferred. You'll be involved in the entire software development lifecycle and collaborate with teams to improve and maintain cloud technologies designed for performance and reliability.

  • Utilize your experience to engage in and enhance the whole lifecycle of software development - design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
  • Collaborate within and across teams and learn as you will be working on cloud technologies designed for performance and reliability.
  • Support Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and Kubernetes Control Plane (KCP) operationally.

  • 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
