The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Computer Science with at least 2 years of experience in software development and machine learning.   • Leverage Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), and Preference Optimization (IPO) to quality hill climb
  • Conduct data analysis to uncover insights, pinpoint opportunities, and inform the strategic development of a data flywheel

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree
  • 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms
  • 2 years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning, or natural language processing
