As a Software Engineer in Platform Security, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing automated security test infrastructure and specific tests to ensure correct and sufficient implementation of security controls for hardware platforms. You will develop and refine threat models, risk assessments, and define security requirements for hardware products entering Google's data centers. Additionally, you will provide subject matter expertise to teams designing and developing the next generation data center hardware, and scope and deliver comprehensive security reviews of hardware/firmware components.
This role requires a strong background in computer science and security, with a focus on hardware and firmware security.
